Jaycee Horn, Frankie Luvu back in full for Panthers on Thursday

Carolina Panthers will face the NFL’s Houdini on Sunday. So it’s probably best that they have some of their best defenders on hand. After missing the first practice of the preseason against Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens on Wednesday due to illness, linebacker Frankie Luvu returned in full on Thursday. Luvu is coming off one of his best games of the season, recording 12 tackles and 2.0 sacks in a 25-15 victory over the Atlanta Falcons.

Cornerback Jaycee Horn, who was limited yesterday due to a foot injury, joined him as a full participant. Horn also stood out in the Week 10 victory, recording his second interception of the season on Thursday night.

Who is Jaycee Horn?

Jaycee Horn, whose full name is Jaycee Donelle Horn, is an American football player. As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, he was born on November 16, 2000. He played college football as a cornerback for the South Carolina Gamecocks at the University of South Carolina.

Horn is the son of former NFL wide receiver Joe Horn, who played for the New Orleans Saints among other teams. Jaycee Horn gained attention for his exceptional skills as a cornerback, known for his physicality, coverage abilities, and versatility on the field.

In the 2021 NFL Draft, Jaycee Horn was selected as the 8th overall pick by the Carolina Panthers. He was the first defensive player taken in the draft and was expected to make an impact on the Panthers’ defense due to his strong skill set.

Please note that there might have been developments in Jaycee Horn’s career since my last update, so I recommend checking more recent sources for the latest information about him.
